For over five years, UDevelop CIC has worked in partnership with South Ribble Borough Council to deliver impactful community and employability programmes that support local people to overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

More recently, through UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) investment, we have delivered specialist employability, digital inclusion, creative and confidence-building programmes, alongside targeted mentoring and resilience support. These services are designed to engage individuals who are often the most isolated and disengaged, providing professional grassroots support that empowers people to build confidence, develop new skills and improve their life opportunities.

Through this partnership, we have helped residents strengthen their resilience, progress towards employment and training, and become more connected within their communities. Together, South Ribble Borough Council and UDevelop CIC are committed to creating inclusive opportunities that enable people to thrive and reach their full potential.
