UDevelop CIC has been proud to work alongside Chorley Borough Council over the last few years, delivering a range of community engagement and employability programmes that support local residents to overcome barriers and achieve their potential.

Through this partnership, we have provided confidence-building activities, digital inclusion support, employment and skills programmes, mentoring, and tailored one-to-one guidance. Working with some of the most disengaged and vulnerable groups within our communities, we have helped individuals develop new skills, improve their wellbeing, and gain the confidence needed for both personal growth and career progression.

Together, we are committed to creating opportunities that enable people to become more connected, resilient and economically active, ensuring that residents across Chorley have access to the support they need to thrive.
