LISTEN UP IN WARRINGTON

UDEVELOP RUN AN AMAZING CONFIDENCE BUILDING PROGRAMME THAT HELPS PEOPLE VISUALISE AND VOCALISE THEIR FUTURES AND GIVES PEOPLE A NEW FOUND MOTIVATION

UDevelop worked on a 5 week programme working with people in Warrington to provide them with creative ways of visualising their futures and vocalising their futures whilst taking part in team building opportunities whilst taking part in creative activities that are fun and interactive.

1. We designed a vision board to help us visualise goals, interests and hobbies for the future.

2. We took part in a group activity that got us to work and enhanced team building activities. This was creating a group script to produce a New Leaf Promotional trail. We then got to practise and then record on a microphone which gave us a confidence boost!!!

3. The group then wrote down our own aspirational journeys. This was great to help us focus and gain motivation.

4. The group worked on looking at goals for the future and some people chose to be healthier with what they are consuming, some people wanted to learn German, some people wanted to give themselves some self-care, some people wanted to ride their bikes more and some wanted to spend time with loved ones due to not seeing them for a while.

5. We worked together to discuss our goals and took part in team building and communication activities to enhance skills for career development.

Groups took part in a communication activity where they had to describe the picture whilst the other person drew the picture down and these were incredible.
